Pie Lady
I am officially the pie lady. I am unafraid to compete with the best of them. I challenge anyone to a pie cook-off. Yesterday sealed the deal in pie-making. I am excited to come up with some new pie ideas. Maybe I'll be like the girl in Waitress and open my own pie shop someday. Nothing warms my heart more than to imagine that possibility. The thing is, I don't even like most pie. I make it for others to enjoy and that makes me happy:-)

I made a pumpkin caramel cheesecake with a ginger snap crust. Um, I am NOT a pie maker, nor is this really a pie, but I totally pat myself on the back for this success.
I wish I didn't love pie so much...I made Andrew dispose of any leftovers that our guests didn't take...
