If you have never been pregnant (or if you have for that matter) and are not an obstetrician, please keep all your comments about what pregnant women should eat, drink, look like and behave like to yourself. We have a hard enough job as it is without being lectured about caffeine by a 20 year old guy who works behind the counter of a Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. and it's decaf you idiot.

That stuff makes me sooooo mad. Sorry, Holly. I'm still boycotting a sandwich place around herebecause of something the owner said to me. It wasn't even that bad, but it rubbed me the wrong way. I had six weeks to go and he "couldn't believe how huge" I was with "so much time left." jerk. I'm sure he really misses my 10 bucks a month, or whatever I had been spending there. ;)
As you know, I have a slight Diet Coke habit, and used to get a fountain diet coke every morning to sip on at my desk; the proprietor of the little snack shop used to just give me a stink eye, as my waistline expanded, and finally one day voiced his opinion. One co-worker, with an equally bad DC addiction had been pregnant previously, and actually called Coke to get the actual content of caffeine, which translated into drinking SIX cans of it a day (which is just wrong for a multitude of reasons) and stay within the caffeine limits...
Homestretch...
An exception is the guy behind the counter at the Centennial in Dazed and Confused giving advice to the pregnant gal buying cigarettes and liquor. "Remember to eat a green thing every day. And have lots of calcium, its very important for young mothers to have lots of calcium." That guy is awesome.
well, ok. that guy can slide by
That used to make me angry. Heck I still get comments on how to raise my kids, drives me nuts. I get the looks when I tell them we have no juice or soda, that my kids have never experienced that, as if I am abusing my kids for not giving them soda? Any who... as you said, unless you are a doctor OBGYN, no need to give advice on how to be a mother, what a mother should do, birthing plans. It's your kids/pregnancy, you shouldn't have to answer to anyone.
