Elise had a preliminary birthday treat at school today! She felt very special when her mommy brought mini cupcakes to share and her friends sang to her in class. Thanks so much to our friend and babysitter Anna, who is a pastry chef extraordinaire, for making the robin's egg blue cupcakes to Elise's exact specifications:-) (seriously, she is a real pastry chef and she's incredible-if you are ever in the LA area and need a wedding cake or birthday or shower treat let us know)
Mommy will be making Elise's special cake for tomorrow, her real birthday. Thank you Williams and Sonoma for setting me up with the right tools for the occasion;-)
